Drew McIntyre is one of the most decorated superstars in WWE history and has had many iconic moments throughout his career. However, The Scottish Warrior has claimed this WWE segment as the worst moment of his life.

During an interview with Cultaholic, the 3-time WWE world champion revealed the singing segment with Tyson Fury following his loss against Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle 2022 as the worst moment of his life.

Drew McIntyre challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle 2022 and almost got the job done before getting screwed over by a debuting Solo Sikoa.

Following the devastating loss, instead of having him show anger and disappointment, WWE had McIntyre take part in an awkward singing segment with Tyson Fury to end the show.

How Did Drew McIntyre Recover After The Loss?

Drew McIntyre as World Heavyweight Champion

After the event, Drew McIntyre struggled to regain the lost momentum as a babyface for a while before WWE pulled the trigger to turn him heel in November 2023.

Since then, McIntyre has developed an entertaining heel persona and has stepped up his game by posting engaging content on social media. He returned to the main event picture by winning the 2024 men’s Elimination Chamber match and defeated Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40 to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

However, his obsession with CM Punk cost him the title as Damian Priest cashed in the MITB contract to dethrone McIntyre within a few minutes.

McIntyre now has a chance to redeem himself in two ways as he’s ready to take on Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle Scotland.

He could redeem himself by reclaiming the world title and erasing the worst moment of his career by winning the championship at the same event where he had to endure the embarrassing segment.

Drew McIntyre is the favorite to walk out of Scotland as the new World Heavyweight Champion, and if the rumors turn out to be accurate, he could resume his feud with CM Punk once the latter returns from injury.
