After 2-decades, the WWE Bad Blood PLE will return on October 5, 2024. The show will emanate live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, and WWE is building up the perfect match card for the event.

With a 5-match lineup being Triple H’s favorite strategy over the past months, WWE has announced three matches for Bad Blood on this week’s episode of Raw.

The current lineup for the event so far is:

Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley – Women’s World Championship
Finn Balor vs. Damian Priest – Singles Match
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre – Hell in a Cell Match

The Road To WWE Bad Blood 2024:

Apart from the announced matches, WWE might add the Intercontinental Championship match between Bron Breakker and Jey Uso to the card. Jey Uso won the No.1 contender’s tournament to earn the right to challenge Breakker for the title.

Another match that WWE might add to the event is the World Heavyweight Championship match between Gunther and Sami Zayn. Gunther has been turning down Zayn’s challenge for the past two weeks, however, The Ring General might not have a chance but to accept to put the World Heavyweight Championship on the line against the man who ended his 666-day Intercontinental title reign.

The fans expected the WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa might take place at WWE Bad Blood. However, WWE decided to book a Steel Cage match between the two superstars on this week’s SmackDown.

The Judgment Day faction will play a big part in the PLE as two members will be in action. Liv Morgan will defend the Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley in a SummerSlam rematch. Damian Priest will look to get some retribution as he takes on Finn Balor in a singles match.

The Hell In A Cell Returns To Bad Blood

One of Triple H’s best decisions since taking control of creative was to scrap the Hell in a Cell PLE. The previous Hell in a Cell match occurred at WrestleMania 39, and now it returns to its origin.

The first Hell in a Cell match happened at the inaugural Bad Blood event in October 1997. The PLE featured two other Hell in a Cell matches over the years and will feature another in 2024.

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will enter the Devil’s Playground to culminate their lengthy rivalry. The feud has all it takes to transpire in a Hell in a Cell match, and the two superstars will take each other to their limits inside the steel structure.
